Tyler Lusk was hands down the only reason I ended up purchasing my car from this dealership. From the very beginning, he was professional, respectful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. He communicated clearly, never pressured me, and always treated me with honesty and respect. In an industry where customers often feel pushed around, Tyler stood out completely. He actually listened to what I wanted, worked hard to make the deal happen, and stayed consistent the entire time. Even after multiple frustrating setbacks caused by management, Tyler stayed in contact with me, kept me updated, and fought to make sure the original agreement was honored. The final signing and delivery process was smooth, easy, and stress-free because of him. If you plan on shopping here, ask for Tyler directly — he’s the definition of how a salesperson should treat customers. Unfortunately, my experience with Brian Williams was the complete opposite and nearly caused me to walk away entirely. After Tyler and I had already discussed pricing and agreed on numbers for a specific vehicle, Brian stepped in and immediately tried steering the conversation away from the deal we already had. Instead of respecting the agreement, he repeatedly attempted to upsell me into a different car and avoided giving direct answers about pricing. Every conversation felt like a sales tactic instead of honest communication. What made the situation worse was that the agreed out-the-door price kept changing. I was told one thing, then another, and then something completely different later on. At one point I left believing the deal was finalized, only for another employee to suddenly say the vehicle was “not theirs” and they could not honor the price we had already agreed to. A few days later, they contacted me again claiming they now had the exact car I originally wanted, but the pricing mysteriously continued increasing every time they called. The constant phone calls, changing numbers, and repeated attempts to get me into the dealership without honoring the original agreement made the process exhausting and frustrating. It genuinely felt like my time was not being respected. Thankfully, Tyler Lusk stayed professional throughout the entire process and ultimately restored my confidence enough to move forward with the purchase. Without Tyler’s integrity, professionalism, and effort, this would have been one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had.

I did not have an appointment for my oil change, and the service was completed in about 1½ hours, which was great. The customer service was excellent overall. They also offer complimentary water and coffee, which is a nice touch. The only downside is the price. Other dealerships offer oil changes at a lower cost. They do have a package of five oil changes with tire rotations for $350, but it must be used within two years, which may not be possible for everyone. If there were no time limit on the package, I would definitely purchase it. Overall, I had a positive experience and was satisfied with the service.

Very disappointed with this experience. After a vehicle trade-in, a personal item was accidentally left behind and we were assured it would be set aside for pickup. When we later followed up to retrieve it, we were informed that it could not be located. While mistakes can happen, the most frustrating part was the lack of resolution afterward. Despite multiple follow-ups and relying on the dealership’s assurances, we were left without our property and without a meaningful solution. The communication, accountability, and customer service throughout the process were disappointing. I expected much better treatment and support in resolving an issue like this.

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism we experienced at this Toyota dealership. We contacted them ahead of time and were told that a car seat would be held for us. Based on that assurance, we made the trip to pick it up, only to be told upon arrival that they couldn’t find it. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that this is not only an expensive item, but we expected better organization and communication regarding something of significant value. The staff said they would look into the issue and get back to us, but it has now been several days and we have received no update, no follow-up call, and no resolution. Customers should be able to rely on commitments made by dealership staff. Losing track of an item that was specifically set aside and then failing to follow up demonstrates poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I hope management takes steps to improve their communication and inventory procedures so other customers do not have the same experience. Sales man is named Christian.
