Hi, The issue with my vehicle was not resolved. The problem occurs when I connect my phone to the car’s multimedia system using Apple CarPlay — my location is detected about 20 meters off, which causes continuous and incorrect navigation. As a result, Apple CarPlay becomes practically unusable and creates significant issues for me. During my visit, after about 7 hours, I was informed that the vehicle’s multimedia system had been updated. However, on my drive back home, I realized that the issue was still present and had not been fixed. I kindly ask for your assistance and cooperation in resolving this issue.
