Puentehills toyota is an amazing dealership that put family 1st b4 car sales. And relationship build through the process of buyimg a car will last way past your car contract. I've been going to this dealership for over 5 years, and i never had an bad interaction with anyone there. Now there three men i want to introduce you to that took great care of me and my vehicles. 1st gentleman i want to search for, when you have any trouble with you car , is Tom Anderson sevice manager, he took great care of me and my 2019 camry hybrid and gave me awesome advice on all my services needed to get my car running smooth, and help me financially on what servies needed to be done now and what could wait till my next visit, which save me money. Especailly during these hard times. And with his calm caring demeter. He Made me feel a easy, like when you need help from family and they come to help you in anyway they can, so if you need help from famly regarding your car, stop by and look for Tom Anderson, he'll take great care of you. Now the next two men im going to mention, help me, my mom and my sister into a 2026 toyota RAV4 XLE Premium. 1st gemtlemen that help out the most in the begining is salesman Kai. My 1st introaction with Kai was simplely amazing, he was caring on all my concerns with finding the right vehicle, and ask a lot of questions to steer me into the right direction. And the way he was able to help me, i could of sworn he'll been with the company for years. Turns out that the day i meet him on April 25, 2026. Was just hired 3 days before we meet. And but you couldn't tell from talko g to him. He was veey knowlegable on every question i ask, and if he didnt know, he had no hestiation asking help from other salesman, just so he didnt misled me or give me wrong advice on a car. And if your looking for someone, that actucally listening to your needs and takes the time to explain every thing dowm to the little details. (Which was my main focus, the details) in buying a car for my family. Now i have never order a new car before, mostly always used. And build one was nerve racking, because i had to make sure i got everying i wanted and didnt leave anything out. Now through the whole buying process, he was keeping in touch with me every step of the way, making sure i get everything i wanted in my new RAV4. And Kai is one of the most professional, caring, and knowlegable man i meet. And when he meet my family, he won them over to where my mom ask for him personal y to help us cross the line in purching our new suv And one thing i've notice from Kai that gave me such confindece in him and i felt so very comfrontable with him, he was asking so many question, but not to try to over sale a vehcile, or pressure me into a car or suv i didnt need, but to learn on what is important in my life, and what makes sense to buy the right car, and also learning that buying a car is not just for looks but with the small detail that i mention early, like for example high miles on a car, which would need to replace or fix in you need used car like (brakes, air filter, and etc..) that regular people have to deal with once you leave the dealership. So if your looking for a amazing salesmem, that will treat you like family and make sure that your expriance at puentehills toyote is a good one. Look for or have them page for Kai you wont regret it. And now for the final gentleman that was simple great and won over the two main people in my life was Jose Diaz Finance Manager, his caring, positive and understanding of our needs was amazing, and when i say he made us feel like family, and im not blowing and smoke at you lol. He's truly a great man with a beautiful family, and he work his butt off to get us the best deal imagable, and he was so detail with us and he made sure we understand everything in the contract and we left the dealership so relax and didnt question ANYTHING. So when your ready to buy your car look for Jose Diaz you'll be happy you did.

Bought a used car june 13, that same day had a problem with the car it stalled and I have pictures and videos of the dashboard. Took it to the service center and they keep saying nothing is wrong with it. Almost got into 2 accidents because of what kept happening. The remote also did not work when i received it texted the sales associate and they did not try to even offer to replace the remote. They are friendly when you’re trying to get a car but as soon as you have problems with it they completely ignore you. Had to take it to the service 3/4 times and all the times they keep saying nothing is wrong with it. Too scared to even drive the car. The last time i took it to the service center they broke/messed up my driver seat and then TRIED to charge me $250 to fix it when I couldn’t even drive it off the lot because i wasn’t able to adjust the seat. Thankfully they took off the $250 and fixed it. I would not recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family or anyone. Literally go anywhere else because they will not care or even help. Make sure everything works before leaving that was on me but even if it’s the same day you bought the car they will not care.

Pressure tactics. Forces you to do hard check. They mark up a lot. They want to sell you their limited inventory.

If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible service from parts and customer service end. Pay for tire insurance just to be denied for warranty claim. Literally hit a pothole and tired was damaged, just for Toyota to denied warranty exchange. Purchased 5 cars here in last 6 years and will never purchase here again. Horrible service from Jack, Tom and Danny.
