Employee of the Month: Mike Larabee

We are proud to announce Mike Larabee, Assistant Manager of the Collision Center, as our Employee of the Month! Mike has been with Puente Hills Toyota for over 22 years and is known for his exceptional work ethic, dedication, and reliability. He consistently arrives early and works long hours, ensuring the smooth operation of the Collision Center and helping both guests and coworkers with his expertise. Mike holds Toyota Master Certification, ASE Certification, and I-CAR Certification. His knowledge and outstanding relationships with insurance adjusters make him a key resource, often sought for advice on repair procedures. His commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched, and he always strives to do what's right for both the guest and the company.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, their children, and grandchildren. He’s passionate about sports, particularly the Raiders, Angels, and UCLA.Mike likes to be a chef on his pit boss smoker and barbecuing, camping (or "glamping"), and cruising.
