➤What other services do you perform?

➤What should I know if I get into an accident?
If your vehicle is not safe to drive at the scene of the accident, please follow these steps:
- Call the Puente Hills Toyota collision center at (626) 912-0122. If it is after hours, you can call Mike from Precision Tow at (626) 675-0664. His company will pick up your vehicle and bring it to us to take a look at in the morning.
- Are the police on the scene? Tell them that you want your vehicle repairs at Puente Hills Toyota. This enables your vehicle to be towed only once, which creates savings for both you and your insurance company.
- Contact your insurance company and report the damage. While you are speaking with them, be sure to let them know you have selected Puente Hills Toyota for your auto repairs.
- Inform your insurance company where their claims person can view your vehicle.
➤My insurance company recommends a different body shop. Can I still come to Puente Hills Toyota for my repairs?
You can, as your insurance company cannot dictate where you repair your vehicle. Some companies will attempt to convince you to fix your vehicle at their preferred shop, a.k.a. one that may benefit the insurance company itself. Unfortunately, this can come at a great expense to you and could compromise safety and quality. If this happens to you, please let us know. Our professional claims handlers can guide you through this unfortunate practice and help remedy the situation.
➤The quote my insurance company gave me is lower than the one I got from Puente Hills Toyota. What should I do?
Just bring the insurance estimate in with you and we will go over the differences. If necessary, we can notify the insurance company of the changes we need to make. Generally, this only requires a phone call and we will bill your insurance company for the supplement at the completion of the repair.
➤What happens if more damage is found?
Estimates written without a thorough disassembly of the vehicle often have overlooked or "hidden" damages. If this happens, we will document the damage and discuss it with you and the insurance company. The insurance company may want to come see the damage, which could potentially delay the repair process. These supplemental charges are itemized, authorized and billed along with the rest of the repairs. Please note that any additional parts found to be damaged will have to be ordered which may also lead to delays.
➤When and where do I pay my deductible?
Your deductible is paid directly to Puente Hills Toyota when your repairs are complete to your satisfaction. The insurance company pays us for the work performed minus your deductible.
➤Can you save me my deductible?
No. And neither can any other honest repair facility. It is against California State Law. Any shops that say they will save a deductible are not repairing the vehicle properly.
➤Will you coordinate a rental car for me?
Absolutely! We can coordinate with any rental car agency you wish. We even have the Toyota Rent-A-Car (TRAC) program available directly on site at our dealership! Hertz and Enterprise are also located minutes away from Puente Hills Toyota and can pick you up promptly.
