I was told one thing, then another, and then something completely different later on. At one point I left believing the deal was finalized, only for another employee to suddenly say the vehicle was “not theirs” and they could not honor the price we had already agreed to. A few days later, they contacted me again claiming they now had the exact car I originally wanted, but the pricing mysteriously continued increasing every time they called. The constant phone calls, changing numbers, and repeated attempts to get me into the dealership without honoring the original agreement made the process exhausting and frustrating. It genuinely felt like my time was not being respected. Thankfully, Tyler Lusk stayed professional throughout the entire process and ultimately restored my confidence enough to move forward with the purchase. Without Tyler’s integrity, professionalism, and effort, this would have been one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. ”

They do have a package of five oil changes with tire rotations for $350, but it must be used within two years, which may not be possible for everyone.
