A few days later, they contacted me again claiming they now had the exact car I originally wanted, but the pricing mysteriously continued increasing every time they called. The constant phone calls, changing numbers, and repeated attempts to get me into the dealership without honoring the original agreement made the process exhausting and frustrating. It genuinely felt like my time was not being respected. Thankfully, Tyler Lusk stayed professional throughout the entire process and ultimately restored my confidence enough to move forward with the purchase. Without Tyler’s integrity, professionalism, and effort, this would have been one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. ”

They also offer complimentary water and coffee, which is a nice touch. The only downside is the price. Other dealerships offer oil changes at a lower cost. They do have a package of five oil changes with tire rotations for $350, but it must be used within two years, which may not be possible for everyone. If there were no time limit on the package, I would definitely purchase it. Overall, I had a positive experience and was satisfied with the service. ”

The communication, accountability, and customer service throughout the process were disappointing. I expected much better treatment and support in resolving an issue like this. ”

The staff said they would look into the issue and get back to us, but it has now been several days and we have received no update, no follow-up call, and no resolution. Customers should be able to rely on commitments made by dealership staff. Losing track of an item that was specifically set aside and then failing to follow up demonstrates poor customer service and a lack of accountability.
